Peggie Koenig, Founder & CEO
Peggie Koenig is a Saskatchewan-born entrepreneur, business founder, human resources specialist, executive coach, change facilitator, and podcaster. She launched one of the first female-owned management consulting practices in Saskatchewan. Peggie is known for pragmatic solutions that are based on a combination of experience, curiosity, best practices, and heart. Peggie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan. She also has post-graduate certificates in Evidenced-Based Coaching and Media Psychology from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara.
She combines coaching and advising skills with her significant and ‘on the ground’ experience in business and organizations and works with senior executives and teams to improve performance and realize potential and opportunities. She is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds certifications in leadership assessments through the Centre of Creative Leadership, Change Management, Career Architect, Myers Briggs Level II, and Emotional Intelligence (EQi -2.0)
Peggie is a past sessional lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business. She has served our community in senior executive board roles on a wide variety of boards including the Board of TCU Place, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, LutherCare Communities, and the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce. She is currently on the HR Committee of the Board of Directors for Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan.
When she's not running her business, you'll find her hiking with her husband in the backwoods of some faraway country, or trying to coax (and coach) the seeds in her garden to grow. As she says, “Curiosity about the world and universe is the basis for growth and innovation. Curiosity is taking risks, asking questions, and growing in all directions.” And that's what she tells her seeds!

Clare Bamford, Senior Human Resources Analyst
Clare Bamford has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Saskatchewan. She discovered that, as well as having a love of photography, especially unusual portraits of people, she also enjoyed the challenge of statistical analysis and working with market data to build compensation solutions for clients. She is currently enrolled in and working on the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation through the World at Work organization.
Clare brings substantial experience collecting and analyzing research associated with market compensation surveys as well as building strategic pay structures. Her experience extends to developing job classification systems and grading jobs to build equitable job structures for clients. Her work enables you, the client, to build a pay philosophy and pay structure that supports your recruitment, retention, and affordability goals.
Clare brings strong analytical support and research skills combined with professional report writing experience to every client project.
Clare continues to develop her artistic and photographic skills. An avid animal lover, she also spends time managing her two ginger cats and training and walking her Australian Heeler, Bucky.
